Wood

I hand-select off cuts and scraps of wood for my work, cherishing each piece’s unique history. These crooked and small remnants, too insignificant for other purposes, find new life in my creations. Every grain and hue tells a story, complementing the wood’s rich narrative. Embracing imperfections, I transform these forgotten, and often neglected pieces into wearable pieces of history, bridging the gap between craftsmanship and sustainability. With every ring, I honor the wood’s journey, preserving its legacy.

Metals

In my creations, I forge connections with metals that carry their own unique tales. Brass, salvaged from a former Rolls-Royce workshop, brings a touch of automotive luxury to each piece. Timascus, sourced from Kiev in Ukraine, adds a mesmerizing swirl of colors, reminiscent of distant galaxies. Incorporating meteorite fragments from the Alatai meteorite in China, I infuse my designs with cosmic wonder and intrigue. Embracing sustainability, I’ve ventured into upcycling gold, breathing new life into this precious metal. With each metal choice, I aim to honor its history while crafting timeless treasures for the present and future.

Gems & Stone

In my creations, I intertwine the earth’s most captivating treasures. From Greenland’s Tutupit and Hackmanit, vibrant gems born from the Arctic’s depths, to Sri Lanka’s sapphires, sparkling with timeless allure, each stone carries a story of ancient origins and unparalleled beauty. Opals from Lightning Ridge dance with spectral hues, while Mexican fire opals blaze with fiery intensity, adding a touch of exotic enchantment. With meticulous care, I blend these gemstones into unique masterpieces, where the essence of distant lands converges with the artistry of craftsmanship. Each creation becomes a symphony of colors and textures, a testament to the wonders of nature’s bounty.

Tusk, Bone & Antler

I meticulously source naturally shed antlers from the Northern parts of the world alongside Kudohorns from a privately owned piece of the wilderness in South Africa, ensuring ethical practices every step of the way. These materials, rich in history and authenticity, lend their unique textures and hues to my finger rings. Additionally, I incorporate mammoth tusk, bone, and molars unearthed from the permafrost of Northeastern Siberia, all sourced and handled with care. Each piece carries the essence of its origin, from the rugged landscapes of the North to the sun-kissed plains of South Africa, weaving together tales of heritage and sustainability in every ring.
